The Affordable Housing Manager oversees leasing, compliance, and resident management within affordable housing programs. This role ensures adherence to HUD, LIHTC, and local agency regulations and supports a positive resident experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage leasing activities, applicant screening, and unit turnover
  • Oversee annual and interim certifications/recertifications for compliance
