Job Description:

We're looking for an Affiliates Account Manager to accelerate our commercial affiliate strategy across our National and Regional titles and keep us ahead in a highly competitive market. You'll take ownership of day-to-day partner relationships, negotiate the best possible commercial terms, and work hand-in-glove with our Editorial Affiliate teams to turn insight into action. From Tech and Fashion to Health & Beauty and Sport, you'll spot where the demand is, shape category playbooks, and launch campaigns that drive tangible revenue. A big part of your remit will be growing our fixed-fee income while also securing market-leading CPA/CPC rates, testing new formats, and opening up fresh revenue streams with networks, top-tier retailers and emerging partners. You'll keep the pipeline full, the deals sharp, and the delivery tight, continually refining our approach so we're outperforming the market and moving quickly on new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of hitting commercial targets in affiliates
  • Hands-on experience working directly with networks, retailers and advertisers
  • Confident negotiator
  • Comfortable diving into data and pitching new ideas
  • Practical know-how across key affiliate platforms and analytics tools
  • Ability to use insights from multiple sources (internal dashboards, partner reports, market data) to understand performance and pivot

Nice to have:

  • Experience doing this for a lifestyle vertical or specialist publisher
  • Experience at an affiliate network, agency or retailer and wanting to move to the publisher side
