We are looking for a results-oriented Affiliate Specialist to manage and grow our influencer and affiliate marketing programs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the e-commerce space and experience building creator partnerships, tracking performance, and executing campaign strategies. You’ll play a key role in identifying new affiliate opportunities, optimizing existing relationships, and driving brand growth through innovative, data-driven initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day influencer and affiliate campaigns, including product launches, seasonal moments, and brand initiatives – from briefing through execution and recap
Build, organize, and maintain influencer databases, tracking systems, and performance dashboards to monitor success at both individual and program levels
Support the evolution of our affiliate/influencer program by developing structured perks, incentives, and communication tools to enhance creator experience and program value
Identify and nurture new and existing influencer relationships that reflect the brand’s aesthetic, audience, and strategic priorities
Track and analyze performance metrics to inform campaign optimizations, guide strategic planning, and shape future initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally to align influencer content with product launches, social strategy, and overall marketing objectives
Be a proactive self-starter and collaborative team player who can drive initiatives forward, foster strong cross-functional partnerships, and manage always-on affiliate programs
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong understanding of influencer/affiliate analytics, project management, performance tracking, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Suite, Amazon Creators, Social Metrics)
Up-to-date with social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and industry best practices across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Experience working with influencers and affiliate partners in the eCommerce space, especially for physical product brands
Results-driven, flexible, solution-oriented, and self-driving – able to think big, start small, and pivot quickly
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and highly self-motivated
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
