The Affiliate Relationships Manager is a revenue accelerator, who will help grow the tasty brand through third-party relationships. You will own the affiliate marketing channel end-to-end, building the operational infrastructure, and scale what works. Additionally, you will also support the business leaders in managing our broader strategic relationships, helping coordinate and track deliverables and marketing goals across a set of larger platform integrations, exchange relationships, and co-marketing initiatives with other industry participants. You will get meaningful exposure and the opportunity to grow in scope as the program matures. This is a high impact role designed for someone who is hungry, executes relentlessly, and excited to contribute to our next phase of growth.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for our entire portfolio of affiliate relationships
Manage end-to-end program operations which involve affiliate onboarding, contract execution, and payout processing
Own affiliate-level analytics such as tracking CPFA, customer segment distribution, revenue contribution, and ROI across the full portfolio
Identify optimization levers within existing relationships and execute on them
Scout, evaluate, and onboard affiliates across influencers, publishers, investor education companies, financial content creators, and adjacent platforms
Build and maintain the operational infrastructure that makes the program scalable by standardizing tracking, documentation, onboarding processes, and reporting cadences
Interact cross-functionally with Legal and Compliance on content and contract approvals, Marketing on campaigns and creative assets, and Data on customer quality measurement and reporting
Provide coordination and execution support on larger strategic partnerships
Manage cross-functional coordination for select partner workstreams, keep stakeholders aligned and deliverables on track
Help develop partner-facing materials and maintain relationship infrastructure as needed
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership-driven growth with demonstrated track record of scaling programs and delivering measurable results
Excellent communicator and natural relationship manager who builds trust easily and can represent tasty professionally across a range of relationship types
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis and performance optimization
Comfortable operating in fast-faced, cutting edge environments ideally in a startup or growth-stage company where structure is being developed and new ideas are being tested on an ongoing basis
Must be willing to obtain your SIE and Series 7 licenses upon hire if not already acquired
Nice to have:
Experience using affiliate management platforms such as Impact Radius is a plus but not a requirement
Having a network within the fintech, retail brokerage, futures or financial media space that you can activate quickly is a plus but not a requirement
Familiarity with FINRA/NFA compliance requirements is plus but not a requirement
