We are on the lookout for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to maximise the business potential of our fast-growing, award-winning company. Better Collective is a leading iGaming media group that improves the sports betting & gaming experience for bettors across the world. We create a transparent and safe betting environment through innovative technologies and trusted platforms. As Affiliate Partnerships Manager in Better Collective’s Revenue department, you will be responsible for establishing and building key partnerships for our Affiliate Partnership division. You will be responsible for Better Collective’s partnerships in the Spanish LATAM region (all countries in Latam, outside Brazil). You will work with colleagues across departments and quickly acquire an insight into various commercial activities, including close alignment with the rest of the Affiliate Partnerships Sales and Operations teams. Located in our Buenos Aires office, you will be required to travel to meet key partners and attend industry conferences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and onboard new entrants to the market, whilst maintaining commercial & contractual framework
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with commercial partners
  • Negotiate and optimise commercial terms, in line with company strategy (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid/Tenancy)
  • Monthly customer reporting to highlight key trends & issues, leading to suggestions for revenue development
  • Work closely with local stakeholders to optimise partner prioritisation and uncover new revenue opportunities
  • Keep up to date with regulation, compliance and market trends
  • Implement and develop pricing and pipeline for Better Collective’s Spanish LATAM assets, in conjunction with Affiliate Partnerships Team Lead
  • Deliver quarterly business performance reports to partners, identifying optimisation opportunities

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant Commercial/Marketing experience - ideally in iGaming
  • Digital marketing knowledge - ideally Affiliate
  • A solid understanding of the iGaming industry
  • A proven track record with sales and relationship/account management
  • An understanding of different commercial models: CPA / CPL / CPM / Revenue Share
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a commercially strategic mindset
  • Highly organised, self driven & proactive, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Portuguese native language skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
