Job Description

The Affiliate Partnerships Lead is responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and growing referral and affiliate partners who drive qualified leads and revenue through their audiences and networks. This role focuses on proactive outreach to agencies, consultants, influencers, podcasters, and industry opinion leaders whose followers align with our ideal customer profile.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify, research, and proactively recruit referral and affiliate partners, including agencies, consultants, influencers, podcasters, brands, and industry connectors
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital channels to initiate partnership conversations
  • Qualify partners based on audience fit, lead quality, reach, and revenue potential
  • Present partnership opportunities and clearly articulate value propositions, incentives, and collaboration models
  • Negotiate referral terms, commission structures, and partnership agreements aligned with company goals
  • Onboard and enable partners to ensure successful activation and performance
  • Maintain and grow partner relationships to drive consistent lead flow
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars and partner-driven lead generation initiatives
