Job Description

Club L London is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Affiliate & Partnerships Executive to join our team. You'll be responsible for managing affiliate and creator partnerships that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. This isn't about follower counts - we want someone who uses data and their network to spot trends, build meaningful relationships, and deliver campaigns that convert.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage affiliate and creator platforms day-to-day
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, stylists, and publishers
  • Support gifting, seeding, and campaign coordination
  • Track campaign performance, revenue, and ROI
  • Work closely with the Influencer & Brand team to identify crossover opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a similar affiliate or partnerships role
  • Commercially aware with a solid understanding of ROI
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and digital channels
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • LTK experience essential
  • Trend-aware with a genuine interest in fashion
  • Familiarity with tools such as AWIN, ShopMy, and Affluent
  • Fashion retail experience advantageous but not essential
