Our client, a multi-billion-dollar international iGaming and betting organisation, is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to grow and manage their affiliate marketing function across the South African market. This is a commercially driven role focused on customer acquisition, affiliate growth, partnership management, and revenue generation across sportsbook, casino, and online gaming products. The successful candidate will own the affiliate channel end-to-end — from sourcing and onboarding new partners through to optimisation, compliance, reporting, and long-term relationship management. This role is ideal for someone passionate about performance marketing, partnerships, and scaling affiliate revenue within a fast-paced iGaming environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow the affiliate programme across sportsbook, casino, and gaming verticals
Recruit, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners including media owners, tipster sites, influencers, comparison platforms, and content creators
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners while acting as their primary point of contact
Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, CPA deals, and revenue share agreements aligned to ROI and acquisition targets
Monitor affiliate performance daily, identifying opportunities to scale high-performing partners and improve underperforming campaigns
Drive customer acquisition and FTD growth through affiliate marketing strategies focused on volume, quality, and long-term player value
Analyse performance metrics including clicks, registrations, deposits, CPA, ROI, LTV, and revenue share to optimise channel performance
Work closely with CRM, Product, Trading, and Marketing teams to align promotions, campaigns, and creative assets
Identify new affiliate opportunities, traffic sources, partnerships, and growth channels relevant to the South African market
Ensure all affiliate activity remains compliant with South African gaming regulations, responsible gambling requirements, and internal brand guidelines
Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits of affiliate marketing content and promotional activity
Work closely with Finance and Compliance teams regarding invoicing, payments, contracts, and regulatory matters
Provide regular reporting and performance insights to senior leadership with recommendations for growth and optimisation
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming, sportsbook, online casino, or gaming industry
Strong understanding of affiliate acquisition strategies, performance marketing, and revenue growth models
Experience managing affiliate partnerships, commission structures, and acquisition campaigns
Knowledge of the South African digital marketing and gaming landscape highly advantageous
Exposure to CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Tableau advantageous
Understanding of responsible gambling frameworks and compliance obligations within the iGaming industry essential
