Job Description

As the Affiliate Marketing Intern, you’ll support our affiliate community, helping bring our brand story to life through authentic partnerships and outreach. In this role, you'll learn how to assist with affiliate strategy, track partner performance, coordinate product sends, and support TikTok Shop initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Support and help execute day-to-day affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns across platforms
  • Help manage communications and relationships with influencers, creators, and affiliates
  • Share promotion, launch, and site update information with agency and relevant partners.
  • Support affiliate channel and campaign reporting, pulling data from platforms, Google Analytics, etc. and compiling for review or needs
  • Source influencers, creators, and affiliates for ad hoc influencer and affiliate campaigns
  • Help track and monitor affiliate performance, including posts and key metrics
  • Leverage insights and POV to help affiliate team build out Gen Z/Alpha creator network
  • Assist in managing influencer and affiliate channel product inventory, sampling, and shipments
  • Collect insights for the Beauty category including consumer, market, competitor, and influencer data to support growth strategies for the Brand’s affiliate network
  • Ad hoc support for special projects, reports, and on-site community or influencer events.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate studying marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing or community engagement, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar, and ability to adapt to different brand tones
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of beauty and skincare trends, ingredients, and consumer preferences
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive + motivated individual that gets energy from a fast-paced startup environment
  • Open to wearing many hats to learn + grow within the organization (a ‘no task is too small’ spirit!)
  • A highly detail-oriented taskmaster who loves a good checklist + challenge
  • Love to collaborate with others and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for clean beauty, inclusivity, and sustainable practices
  • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA and open to being hybrid (we’re 3 days a week in office for now!)
  • Internship dates may be flexible but should be available for a minimum of 8 weeks between the end of May and August
