With over 18 + years of industry experience, we’ve helped grow revenue through affiliate innovation to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. If you’re passionate about affiliate marketing, have a knack for building partnerships, and are data-driven; we want to hear from you! As our agency continues to grow we are looking for Affiliate Managers to join the team and be part of this fast-paced growing company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies and tactics based on client-specific goals
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs
  • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers
  • Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients’ metrics & KPIs
  • Produce forecasts, and set budgets for the affiliate program
  • Execute creative and promotion changes based on content calendars
  • Lead all recruitment, activation, payment, compliance, and communication to affiliates
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure deals
  • Develop and implement initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tactics
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate the performance of programs, and recommend improvements

Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required
  • Knowledge of and experience working with Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations, and client service
  • Strategic and execution mindset
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently
  • Confidence and eloquence in client meetings
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Advanced English proficiency
