The Affiliate Lead will be responsible for owning and scaling the Affiliate Marketing ecosystem for Beauty & Wellbeing Philippines. This role is central to accelerating the digital commerce agenda, ensuring strong creator partnerships, a high-performing affiliate network, and best-in-class content strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for PH Affiliate Marketing
  • Expand and optimize the affiliate network
  • Build partnerships with MCNs, creators, and platforms
  • Lead recruitment and relationship-building with top-performing affiliates
  • Oversee engagement programs and onboarding journeys
  • Own the Affiliate Rewards Program
  • Lead execution of Mega KOL livestreams
  • Oversee creator video pushes for innovations and campaigns
  • Drive Yellow Basket content scale-up
  • Monitor and analyze creator and affiliate performance

Requirements:
