Job Description

We’re looking for a highly execution-oriented growth marketer to own and scale performance-driven partnerships with DSPs and affiliate platforms. This role sits at the intersection of paid acquisition and business development, with clear accountability for growth, efficiency, and incremental lift. You’ll be the primary operator responsible for launching new DSP relationships, negotiating commercial terms, onboarding supply, testing quickly, and scaling spend while maintaining strict CAC discipline. Success in this role comes from a bias toward action, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to turn partners into repeatable, high-ROI acquisition channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and scale performance-driven partnerships with DSPs and affiliate platforms, with responsibility for growth, efficiency, and execution
  • Identify, source, and launch new DSP and affiliate relationships, including pitching Kalshi and negotiating commercial terms
  • Onboard new supply and partners, ensuring smooth technical and operational setup
  • Design and run rapid testing frameworks across partners, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Scale spend on winning channels while maintaining strict CAC discipline
  • Work closely with internal performance, creative, and data teams to build, test, and optimize campaigns
  • Analyze partner performance to surface insights and opportunities for efficiency, volume, and incremental lift
  • Build repeatable playbooks that turn DSPs into durable, scalable acquisition channels
  • Maintain clear accountability to volume, efficiency, and overall growth impact

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, paid acquisition, or partnership-driven user acquisition
  • Hands-on experience working with DSPs, affiliate platforms, or performance media partners
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort operating against CAC and ROI targets
  • Experience launching new channels or partnerships from zero to scale
  • Ability to own work end-to-end, from negotiation and testing through optimization and scaling
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with performance, creative, and data teams
  • A scrappy, execution-first mindset with a bias toward speed, experimentation, and measurable impact
