Job Description:

Join WIS as an Affiliate Coordinator and support affiliate operations, tracking, and rankings in a hybrid, collaborative environment within the fast-paced and dynamic iGaming industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage affiliate account processes, including new operator onboarding, account openings, access issues, and platform updates
  • Maintain tracking and reporting accuracy, creating tracking links, conducting monthly EPC analysis, and assisting senior team members with performance reports
  • Oversee content and portal updates, ensuring rankings and links are accurate and supervising changes carried out by other teams
  • Coordinate cross-team operations by working with the Content and Product departments on welcome offer updates, market closures, and compliance-related changes
  • Maintain internal systems and communication tools, ensuring data accuracy across key databases and files (e.g. PL database, exclusive promotions sheet, mastersheet) and managing communication platforms such as email and Telegram
  • Handle documentation and workflow management, including IO drafting and ticket handling on relevant project boards

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in technical or customer support, ideally within the Casino or Sports industries
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new workflows, systems, and technical structures
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to completing tasks thoroughly
  • Experience with WordPress or affiliate platforms is considered an advantage
