Job Description

Join the Performance Marketing team driving growth across the world for the brand and products. Based in Singapore, you will serve as the primary strategic point of contact for the APAC market. Your mandate is to identify, secure, and manage partnerships with the region's most influential voices and media platforms, targeting global & local social channels. This role requires a highly analytical business developer capable of both securing complex deals and modelling their financial viability.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct a strategic analysis of the Asian digital asset ecosystem to identify Tier 1 partners (Key Opinion Leaders, Media Groups, Communities) currently outside Ledger’s network
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for key accounts
  • Autonomously initiate contact with top-tier Industry Leaders, structure complex commercial agreements, and finalize contracts with a high degree of independence
  • Represent Ledger at premier regional industry conferences (e.g., Token2049) to network with industry leaders
  • Drive strategic alignment between Asian partners and Ledger’s global commercial calendar (e.g., Product Launches, Black Friday)
  • Transition transactional relationships into long-term strategic alliances
  • Act as the primary liaison between key Asian affiliates and HQ, ensuring partners are effectively tiered and managed
  • Develop comprehensive Business Plans for strategic partnerships
  • Conduct rigorous financial analysis for complex deal structures (e.g., Hybrid CPA + Revenue Share models)
  • Evaluate ROI implications to ensure sustainable partnership growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, or Affiliate Marketing, with a strong preference for FinTech or Cryptocurrency sectors
  • Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a distinct advantage
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to optimize daily workflows
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated ability to build P&L models for partnerships and defend financial assumptions
  • Deep knowledge of the Asian social media landscape
  • Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, self-custody principles, and hardware wallet technology will be a plus
  • Established professional network within the Asian cryptocurrency and blockchain media landscape will be a plus
