Job Description

We are seeking an Affiliate Associate to join our team. The Affiliate Associate will be responsible for managing affiliate programs, negotiating contracts with new and existing partners, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively communicate with brands to address queries, resolve account issues, and maintain positive relationships
  • Review content and placement on our websites to ensure relevance and appropriateness for the promoted brand or product
  • Negotiate contracts with new and existing brands, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
  • Analyze data, maintain brand performance, and optimize proposals as needed to increase affiliate revenues
  • Monitor brand activities, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies for increasing affiliate revenues
  • Conduct new brand acquisitions through research, referrals, networking, and email outreach
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to drive affiliate brand growth

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and practices
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data, maintain brand performance, and optimize proposals as needed
