We are looking for to strengthen the affiliate operation of Stake.bet.br, with a full focus on commercial affiliate management, onboarding, performance analysis, offboarding, and financial processes. This role is key to ensuring an efficient, scalable operation aligned with both local and global guidelines, acting as a central point between affiliates, the Brazil team, and global stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, maintaining a close, professional, and performance-driven relationship
  • Support commercial negotiations and manage CPA, Hybrid, and Rev-Share models
  • Conduct structured offboarding of affiliates with low performance, strategic misalignment, or non-compliance
  • Ensure full adherence to brand guidelines, regulatory compliance, and internal policies
  • Manage the full onboarding process for new affiliates (registration, contracts, technical setup, tracking, and expectation alignment)
  • Distribute and manage creatives, tracking links, landing pages, and commercial offers
  • Ensure proper implementation of campaigns and promotional assets
  • Monitor key metrics such as registrations, FTDs, deposits, volume, ROI, and traffic quality
  • Identify optimization opportunities, growth potential, and commercial adjustments
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for regional teams and HQ
  • Support benchmarking and identification of new affiliates, streamers, and content creators
  • Manage the full affiliate payment workflow in collaboration with the finance team
  • Validate amounts, invoices, payment cycles, and agreed commercial models
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and financial compliance
  • Support the resolution of financial discrepancies with affiliates

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or related fields
  • Previous experience in iGaming (sports betting, online casino, affiliate operations)
  • Advanced/Fluent English mandatory, with daily interaction with global teams
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, affiliates, partnerships, or performance
  • Strong analytical skills
  • proficiency in Excel and tracking platforms
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong communicator
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Hands-on, results-driven profile with a strong commercial mindset

Nice to have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
  • Experience with affiliate financial management
