Job Responsibility

Provide innovative laser treatments and exemplary customer care
Customize no-downtime laser facials treatments and skincare routines based on guest needs
Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy of processes and procedures
Assist with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff
Establish adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits
Establish and maintain effective client retention processes
Partner with clinic team to provide a people-oriented, enjoyable & comfortable workplace
Respect and support all team members individuality & provide an inclusive environment
Understand opportunities and support the team to meet personal & clinic goals

Laser Certification (as required by state regulations)
Must be available and able to work weekends (sat AND sun) regularly
Must have completely open availability and may be scheduled any day of the week
Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours
You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance
Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed
This role requires long periods of sitting & standing
Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets

Job Responsibility

Perform non-invasive treatments, including laser therapies, under the direction of medical protocols and company standards
Assess client eligibility for treatments by reviewing medical history, obtaining informed consent, and addressing client questions or concerns
Administer treatments with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout the procedure
Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements
Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of treatments, as well as post-treatment care instructions
Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed about their care plan
Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a positive and professional client experience
Address client concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to medical or clinic leadership
Partner with the clinic team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment environment
Communicate effectively with clinic staff to ensure seamless client care and clinic operations

Must have a minimum of 3 days available to work per week. One of those days must be a Friday or Monday, with both highly preferred
