Job Responsibility

Identify consumer needs
Inform the consumers on the brand and the products
Conduct make-up applications while in-store with clients to inspire and help generate client interest and stimulate cast excitement
Provide feedback from the field via reporting pages
Maintain and manage all training equipment and kits so that they are in pristine condition and represent the brand in the best way possible
Maintain optimal stock levels in store and consistently communicate concerns to operations teams including photos and feedback for each visit
Keep all visual merchandising up to date and gondolas maintained reporting any needs with urgency
Study and review training materials and education content, as well as staying up to date on competitors and beauty trends
