Job Description:

The Aesthetician is responsible for delivering safe and effective treatments to clients while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role includes performing laser-based or aesthetic procedures, educating clients on skincare and post-treatment care, and maintaining compliance with medical and organizational standards. The NP collaborates with the clinic team to ensure a welcoming and professional environment while upholding the highest standards of safety and care. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, a passion for client care, and the ability to support the clinic in achieving its overall performance goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform non-invasive treatments, including laser therapies
  • Assess client eligibility for treatments by reviewing medical history, obtaining informed consent, and addressing client questions or concerns
  • Administer treatments with precision and care
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records
  • Educate clients on benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of treatments
  • Build trust and rapport with clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Partner with clinic team to maintain clean, organized, and efficient treatment environment
  • Communicate effectively with clinic staff
  • Support clinic goals by promoting additional services, skincare products, or treatment packages
  • Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards
  • Regularly inspect and maintain equipment
  • Stay updated on industry best practices through continuing education
  • Participate in training sessions or continuing education
  • Assist with special events or promotional activities
  • Provide mentorship or guidance to new nurses or clinic staff
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory checks or restocking
  • Support other team members during peak times or staffing shortages
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to provide feedback on treatment protocols
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted Aesthetician license in the state of GA
  • Active and unrestricted Assistant Laser Practitioner license in the state of GA

Nice to have:

  • Experience with appointment scheduling platforms such as Zenoti or comparable tools
  • Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, customer service, or sales
  • Continuing education in aesthetics or skincare preferred
  • Prior experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting
  • Knowledge of skin types, treatment indications, and pre/post-care requirements
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
