• Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials
• Discuss the importance of the skin care protocols created by the medical team
• Celebrate the success of the results our clients seeing
• Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy
• Assists with training (precepting), coaching, and developing staff members
• Establishes adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits
• Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes
• Partner with clinic team to provide people-oriented, enjoyable & comfortable workplace of belonging

• Maintains organizational relationships

• Associate degree
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current State Nursing License
• BLS certification
• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team
• Exceptional communication skills
• Outgoing personality yet calming presence
• Attentive, able to listen and read customers
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize client safety and customer service
• Ability to make clinical decisions
• Ability to reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics
• Ability to work long periods of sitting & standing
• Ability to lift and move inventory

2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service
