Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe and effective treatments to clients while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role includes performing laser-based or aesthetic procedures, educating clients on skincare and post-treatment care, and maintaining compliance with medical and organizational standards. The RN collaborates with the clinic team to ensure a welcoming and professional environment while upholding the highest standards of safety and care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform non-invasive treatments, including laser therapies
  • Assess client eligibility for treatments
  • Administer treatments with precision and care
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records
  • Educate clients on benefits, risks, and post-treatment care
  • Build trust and rapport with clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Address client concerns promptly
  • Partner with clinic team to maintain environment
  • Communicate effectively with clinic staff
  • Support clinic goals by promoting services
  • Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards
  • Regularly inspect and maintain equipment
  • Stay updated on industry best practices
  • Participate in training sessions
  • Assist with special events
  • Provide mentorship
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Support other team members
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Physical ability for long periods of sitting & standing and lifting inventory
  • Must be available and able to work weekends (Saturday AND Sunday) regularly
  • Must have a minimum of 3 days available to work per week, with one being Friday or Monday
  • Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week
  • Must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance
  • Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics

Nice to have:

  • Experience with appointment scheduling platforms such as Zenoti or comparable tools
  • Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, customer service, or sales
  • Knowledge of skin types, treatment indications, and pre/post-care requirements
  • Advanced interpersonal skills to create a positive and comfortable client experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to educate clients
