Job Description

As part of the clinic team the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients’ excellence services with advanced medical-grade technologies and skin care product recommendations on their customized skin care journey. While other companies also specialize in injectables, hair removal and tattoo removal, we specialize in one thing - facials. Helping develop effective routines and customized plans for clients with compassion and high-energy. RN’s should be ready to join a hard-working & high volume medical-grade skin care clinic.

Job Responsibility

  • Creating Curated Client Experiences
  • Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials
  • Discuss the importance of the skin care protocols
  • Celebrate the success of the results
  • Supporting Store Operations Success
  • Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy
  • Assists with training (precepting), coaching, and developing staff
  • Establishes adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits
  • Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes
  • Enhancing Skin Laundry Culture
  • Partner with clinic team to provide people-oriented workplace
  • Respect and support all team members individuality
  • Understand opportunities and support the team to meet goals
  • Maintains organizational relationships

Requirements

  • Associate
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current State Nursing License
  • BLS
  • 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred
  • 3 years of work experience in a clinical environment as an RN
  • Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
  • Must have open availability, including weekends
  • Ability to commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics
  • Must prioritize client safety and customer service
  • Able to work weekends (40 hours per week)

  • Senior Laser Practitioner License
  • Sr Cosmetic Laser Practitioner certification
  • Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team

  • Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements
  • Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of treatments, as well as post-treatment care instructions
  • Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed about their care plan
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a positive and professional client experience
