Job Description

As part of the clinic team the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients excellence services with advanced medical-grade technologies and skin care product recommendations on their customized skin care journey. RN’s should be ready to join a hard-working & high volume medical-grade skin care clinic.

Job Responsibility

  • Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for clients' skincare needs
  • Discuss the importance of skin care protocols
  • Celebrate client results
  • Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist with training, coaching, and developing staff
  • Establish adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits
  • Maintain effective client retention processes
  • Partner with clinic team to provide inclusive workplace
  • Respect and support all team members
  • Understand opportunities and support team goals
  • Maintain organizational relationships

Requirements

  • Associate (required)
  • Registered Nurse (RN): 1 year (preferred)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) (required)
  • Current State Nursing License (required)
  • BLS (required)
  • 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service (preferred)
  • Current RN State License (required)
  • Basic Life Support Certification (required)
  • Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with team
