The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe and effective treatments to clients while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role includes performing laser-based or aesthetic procedures, educating clients on skincare and post-treatment care, and maintaining compliance with medical and organizational standards. The RN collaborates with the clinic team to ensure a welcoming and professional environment while upholding the highest standards of safety and care. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, a passion for client care, and the ability to support the clinic in achieving its overall performance goals.
Job Responsibility:
Perform non-invasive treatments, including laser therapies
Assess client eligibility for treatments by reviewing medical history and obtaining informed consent
Administer treatments with precision and care
Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records
Educate clients on benefits, risks, outcomes, and post-treatment care
Build trust and rapport with clients
Deliver exceptional customer service
Address client concerns promptly and professionally
Partner with clinic team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment environment
Communicate effectively with clinic staff
Support clinic goals by promoting additional services, products, or packages
Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards
Regularly inspect and maintain equipment
Stay updated on industry best practices through continuing education
Participate in training sessions
Assist with special events or promotional activities
Provide mentorship to new nurses or staff
Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory checks
Support other team members during peak times
Collaborate with clinic leadership to provide feedback
Participate in quality assurance initiatives
Travel to neighboring stores during peak times or special events as needed
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Physical ability for long periods of sitting & standing and lifting/moving inventory
Must be available and able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) regularly
Must have a minimum of 3 days available to work per week, one of which must be a Friday or Monday
Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours
Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week, regularly work 1-2 days, with ability to work up to 3 days
Must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance
Ability to reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics for coverage
Nice to have:
Experience with appointment scheduling platforms such as Zenoti or comparable tools
Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, customer service, or sales
Knowledge of skin types, treatment indications, and pre/post-care requirements
