• Creating Curated Client Experiences: Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for current and perspective clients’ personal skincare needs
• Discuss the importance of the skin care protocols created by the medical team

• Supporting Store Operations Success: Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business
• Assists with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations
• Establishes adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems
• Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes

• Associate
• Registered Nurse (RN): 1 year
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current State Nursing License
• BLS
• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred
• Current RN State License
• Basic Life Support Certification is required through the American Heart Association
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services
• Polished, natural, and professional
• Exceptional communication skills be capable of problem-solving
• Must have an outgoing personality yet calming presence, making clients comfortable
• Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards are always met
• Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal oriented
• Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance
• Able to work weekends (40 hours per week)
• Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed
• Physical Requirements: This role requires long periods of Sitting & standing. Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets
