ATR is looking for an Aerostructures Supply Quality Manager to come onboard in our Quality Directorate. The role involves securing on-quality deliveries, developing performance indicators, conducting audits, managing First Article Inspections, and leading quality investigations, with frequent travel within Europe.
Job Responsibility:
Secure on-quality deliveries
Develop quality Key Indicators Performance to monitor on-quality performance and implement associated action plan to improve quality
Define Partners surveillance plan covering design and production scope
Plan and conduct product and process related audits/assessments
Manage First Article Inspection (FAI) for New Product Introduction (NPI) and for series modifications
To perform industrial audits and/or assessments (IPCA+ like) for high risk Suppliers
In coordination with FAL and/or Aftermarket Supply Chain teams, develop a common action plan when there are important poor on-quality and on-time delivery performance from Partners
Contribute to Partner’s quality improvement to meet ATR requirements
Ensure customer satisfaction taking into account flight safety, cost control, production flow and supply risk management
Lead quality investigation within the Production & Customer Support & Services depts., ensure completion of the investigation and verify effectiveness of the solution in the field
Requirements:
Field of study: Quality, Operations, Continuous improvement or engineering
Experience: 5 to 10 years in aerospace industry, quality standard, supply chain, plant, FAL
Technical skills/knowledge: standards for auditing supplier's quality (EN_19011)
EN9100, PART 21G, PART 21J
aircraft design and manufacturing & assembly processes
aeronautical mechanical and structure knowledge (Wing, Fuselage, HTP, VTP)
Problem Solving method (9S, 8D, 5WHY, ISHIKAWA…)
project management
Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
Availability and flexibility for travelling
Nice to have:
International qualification in auditing (CIA or ISO Lead Auditor)
