Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Mechanical/Forging Engineering Intern at our Cudahy, WI plant located approximately 5 miles south of Milwaukee. As an intern at ATI Cudahy Operations, you will get to learn from an experienced and knowledgeable group of professionals in a unique environment, gaining priceless experience in the materials science industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working on safety issues and concerns within the Forge Shop
  • Implementing/creating Forge Shop and Die Room improvements
  • Assessing inspection methods
  • Helping solve Forge Shop Engineering Issues
  • Assisting with instructions for various processes not limited to grinding, cleaning and forging process

Requirements:

  • College Student Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3.0 or higher GPA
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering prints and drawings

Nice to have:

Ability to write simple macros and programs is a plus
