We are seeking experienced Aerospace Technical Instructors to deliver hands-on technical training for one of the world's leading aerospace manufacturers. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced aerospace professionals, trainers, technicians, mechanics, and military veterans who want to share their expertise while helping develop a highly skilled workforce. You will lead engaging classroom and hands-on instruction, ensuring employees develop the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in aerospace manufacturing. Current Instructor Opportunities include Electrical Instructor, Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor, Aerospace Seal Instructor, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Instructor.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver engaging classroom and hands on technical instruction

Requirements

  • Strong technical experience within the aerospace industry
  • Previous experience performing or supporting aerospace manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • Confidence leading groups in both classroom and hands on settings
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
