Conduent Learning Services, Inc. is seeking a professional and customer-focused Aerospace Production Certification Proctor / Electronic Test Monitor to support electronic testing sessions at client sites. This role serves as the first point of contact for students participating in certification testing and plays a critical role in maintaining a professional, organized, and compliant testing environment. While aerospace experience is not required, candidates must bring strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, flexibility, and professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for students during electronic testing sessions
Represent the client professionally while delivering excellent customer service and support
Monitor testing sessions by checking in participants and enforcing compliance guidelines within the testing environment
Maintain assigned testing area schedules, equipment, supplies, communications, and operational readiness
Conduct prerequisite and pre-work verification before testing sessions begin
Replenish classroom and testing supplies as needed
Complete post-session classroom cleanup and ensure readiness for upcoming sessions
Assist instructors during classes, including handing out materials, helping students with computers, and supporting lab safety procedures
Provide regular updates to the Delivery Services Manager regarding testing activity and operational status
Escalate issues, concerns, or disruptions in a timely manner
Stay current on content requirements and testing procedures within assigned subject matter areas
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency with strong PC navigation skills
Ability to assist students with logins and navigating software applications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Professional demeanor with strong adaptability and responsiveness
Must be open to a flexible work schedule and support varying shifts
Must be willing and able to support all Puget Sound locations: Everett, Seattle, and Renton
