Aerospace Production Certification Proctor (Electronic Test Monitor) location Everett, Seattle & Renton, WA (Must be able to work at all Puget Sound locations). Job Responsibility

  • Greeting and checking in students for certification testing
  • Assisting participants with computer logins and basic technical issues
  • Monitoring testing sessions and ensuring compliance with testing procedures
  • Preparing testing rooms before sessions and restoring them afterward
  • Maintaining testing schedules, equipment, and classroom supplies
  • Providing exceptional customer service while assisting students and instructors
  • Communicating status updates and escalating issues when necessary
  • Supporting instructors during classroom sessions by distributing materials and assisting students with computers and lab safety

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
