We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Aerospace Production Certification Proctor / Electronic Test Monitor to support electronic testing sessions for aerospace training programs. This role serves as the first point of contact for students during certification testing, ensuring that all testing procedures are followed and that the testing environment runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, basic technical aptitude with computers, and the ability to maintain an organized and professional testing environment. Aerospace experience is not required.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for students participating in electronic testing sessions
Facilitate testing sessions by checking in with participants and ensuring compliance with testing guidelines
Monitor the testing environment to ensure integrity and adherence to program requirements
Maintain testing schedules, classroom equipment, communications, and any potential risks or constraints
Conduct pre-requisite and pre-work checks before testing begins
Replenish classroom supplies and perform post-session room cleanup
Provide status updates to the Delivery Services Manager weekly or as needed
Escalate any operational or technical issues promptly
Assist instructors with classroom support when needed, including distributing materials, helping students with computer access or logins, supporting safety procedures in lab environments
Maintain familiarity with testing content and program requirements
Requirements:
US Person Status Required per client policy
Business casual dress required for both interviews and daily work
Must be flexible with scheduling, as various shifts may be required
Must be willing to support multiple client locations in the Puget Sound area including Everett, WA, Seattle, WA, Renton, WA
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Basic technical proficiency with computers
Ability to assist users with logging into systems and navigating software applications
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and common office applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
