We are seeking a detail-oriented Aerospace Production Certification Assessor to support industrial skills evaluation programs within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assessing hands-on technical competencies and theoretical knowledge related to aerospace production processes. The Assessor works closely with the Instructor Resource Management team to administer evaluations, monitor skills demonstrations, and ensure participants meet required aerospace manufacturing standards. The position supports multiple client programs and requires strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable working within a fast-paced industrial setting and interacting with participants across multiple aerospace production disciplines.
Job Responsibility:
Administer and oversee aerospace production skills evaluations, including both practical demonstrations and theoretical assessments
Evaluate technical competencies related to aerospace manufacturing processes and production standards
Monitor participant performance and provide accurate grading and documentation
Enter attendance and grading records with complete accuracy in the designated system
Manage multiple evaluation sessions and client groups simultaneously
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area within a complex industrial environment
Communicate updates, issues, and evaluation results to management in a timely manner
Stay current with aerospace manufacturing requirements, compliance standards, and evaluation protocols
Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with program participants
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in training, leadership, management, or technical instruction preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and record keeping abilities with high attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Comfortable learning and utilizing new software systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts based on operational needs
Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area between Everett and Puyallup
Candidates must meet U.S. Person status requirements in accordance with client policy
