  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for at least 6 months
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong interest in growth, lifecycle marketing, or CRM

  • Collaborate with local teams across 22 countries to adapt campaigns to regional needs and communication preferences
  • Identify repetitive CRM tasks (copy localization across markets, campaign briefs, reporting summaries, audience QA) and build workflows to automate them
  • Build and iterate on prompt-based tools and lightweight automations to speed up campaign production and analysis
  • Use AI to support segmentation logic, A/B test analysis, and the interpretation of campaign results

  • Stay on top of the evolving AI and automation landscape (new models, tools, no-code platforms) and proactively share what is genuinely useful with the team
