We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Aerospace Production Certification Proctor / Electronic Test Monitor to support testing operations within a fast-paced aerospace training environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for students participating in electronic testing sessions and plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth, organized, and compliant testing experience. While aerospace experience is not required, candidates must bring strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, and the flexibility to support multiple shifts and locations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving basic technical issues, maintaining organized environments, and supporting both students and instructors in a professional training setting. High-performing candidates may have the opportunity to transition into an instructor role based on business needs and performance.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for students during electronic testing sessions
Represent the client professionally while providing excellent customer service and support
Monitor testing sessions by checking in participants and enforcing testing compliance guidelines
Maintain assigned testing area schedules, equipment, supplies, communications, and risk management processes
Conduct prerequisite and pre-work verification prior to testing sessions
Replenish classroom and testing supplies as needed
Perform post-session classroom cleanup and ensure readiness for upcoming sessions
Assist instructors during training classes, including distributing materials, helping students with computers, and supporting lab safety procedures
Provide regular status updates to the Delivery Services Manager
Escalate issues, concerns, or disruptions in a timely manner
Stay current on content requirements and testing procedures within assigned subject matter areas
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency with strong PC navigation skills
Ability to assist students with login issues and navigating software applications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor with the ability to adapt to changing client needs
Must be flexible with work schedules and available for varying shifts
Must be willing and able to support all Puget Sound locations: Everett, Seattle, and Renton
