Job Description

We are seeking experienced Aerospace Technical Instructors to support one of the world's leading aerospace manufacturers. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise while training and developing aerospace professionals in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others through hands-on instruction and mentorship. Military veterans with aviation, aerospace, maintenance, manufacturing, or technical training experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training
  • Demonstrate aerospace manufacturing procedures and best practices
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching
  • Maintain training records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with operational leaders and subject matter experts
  • Travel to support training initiatives at additional facilities
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Strong aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, maintenance, or technical experience
  • Ability to effectively instruct technical subject matter
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or leading teams preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while conducting training
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • U.S. Citizenship required
