The Industrial Skills Assessor supports aerospace training and evaluation programs as part of the Instructor Resource Management team. This role is responsible for administering hands-on and theoretical evaluations aligned to aerospace industry standards, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of client service. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with aerospace manufacturing, training, or leadership experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in complex industrial environments.
Job Responsibility:
Understand and administer complex evaluation systems, both hands-on and theoretical
Evaluate aerospace courseware and skills assessments accurately and consistently
Manage multiple client evaluations simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in an industrial environment
Communicate updates, questions, and issues to management in a timely manner
Remain current on aerospace standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
Deliver a high level of customer service to clients and participants
Enter grades and attendance with 100% accuracy in required systems
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of training, leadership, or management experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software systems
Ability to work flexibly across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
Willingness to travel within a geographic area ranging from Everett to Puyallup as needed
