Job Description:

Holtger Bros., Inc. (HBI) is searching to add skilled Aerial Lineman to our growing team! As an Aerial Tech with HBI, you will be responsible for the installation of telephone and fiber optic cable year-round. You will also be cross trained to work with our underground crews for cable placement.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for telephone and/or fiber installation
Must be knowledgeable in splicing
Operating bucket trucks
Running cable including trunk, strand and lashing
Work on underground crews when aerial work is not available

Requirements:

Own climbing gear (belt, hooks, straps, and proper footwear)
An insurance-acceptable driver’s license is required
One-year working in utilities or prior schooling required
Willing to travel to job sites throughout the state as needed
Ability to read and understand telephone prints preferred
Class A CDL is preferred

Nice to have:
