Job Description

Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. As AI models become the new entry point for discovery, brands need to know how they are represented and how to influence it. We are hiring an AEO and Inbound Manager to help deepen Profound’s own AI visibility and turn those learnings into playbooks for our customers. This is a role for someone who wants to be at the forefront of the industry and have ownership over our internal Profound account, working daily to ensure we are the most visible brand in AI search. You will not be starting from scratch, as we already have significant learnings, data, and systems in place to support success.

Job Responsibility

  • Run and optimize Profound’s internal AEO program, tracking how models surface us and identifying opportunities to improve
  • Experiment across AI search surfaces including entity work, structured content, on-site updates, prompt-based tactics, and more
  • Produce both short-form and long-form content designed for how people search in an AI-first world
  • Turn internal experiments and wins into external-facing playbooks, case studies, and tactical customer content
  • Partner with marketing and product teams on landing pages, on-site content, and broader visibility initiatives
  • Monitor key shifts in the AI search ecosystem and translate them quickly into actionable insights for the team
  • Partner with customer success teams to translate internal wins into broader insights for customers

Requirements

  • Mid-career with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience executing search, content, or growth initiatives
  • Fast executor who enjoys running scrappy tests and learning by doing
  • Clear writer who can turn ideas into crisp, useful content
  • Energized by ambiguity and motivated by seeing work directly impact metrics
  • Curious about how AI is reshaping discovery and excited to help build playbooks before the rest of the world catches up
  • Comfortable taking ownership and iterating quickly in a fast-paced environment

What we offer

  • Offers Equity
  • Full range of benefits and perks

Requirements
  • 3 to 6 years in a B2B SaaS web PM, growth PM, or digital marketing role
  • Deep SEO/GEO fluency: understands both technical SEO and AI-era search (GEO, AEO, LLM citation optimization). Not just someone who 'does SEO'
  • Hands-on with WordPress, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. You can do things, not just delegate them
  • PLG mindset: has owned or materially contributed to self-serve signup flows, not just inbound demo forms
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and website personalization or AI SDR tools
  • Can write a clear brief, review developer output, and QA a page. Not a pure PM who only writes tickets
  • Marketing automation form and lead routing familiarity a strong plus
  • Data-literate: reads attribution funnels, pulls from BI dashboards, and acts on what you find
  • Strong communicator across marketing, product, sales, and engineering
Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility
  • Drive organic discovery across traditional and AI-era search
  • GEO (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok) is a primary investment, and AEO (featured snippets, People Also Ask, zero-click) is core
  • Own technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema markup, CDN configuration, crawl efficiency
  • Define keyword and topic strategy by funnel stage with content and product marketing
  • manage the AI content/SEO agency day-to-day (calendar, brief quality, output accountability)
  • Build and maintain GEO measurement: AI referral traffic and brand citation rate in AI-generated responses
  • Optimize the full funnel — visitor to demo and visitor to free trial (try.coralogix.com) — with free trial signups tracked as a standalone growth metric
  • Implement and optimize the website AI SDR for real-time, multi-path engagement, not just 'book a meeting'
  • Define and test PLG landing paths: free trial flows, product-led signup entry points, and self-serve onboarding handoffs
  • Run A/B and real-time experimentation on CTAs, hero copy, and landing pages
