As our Advocacy & Influencer Marketing Intern, you will play an active role in delivering creator, PR and campaign activities across Coty’s portfolio. You’ll join the Advocacy & Communications team within the AMS Hub, responsible for 41+ markets (from the Nordics to Poland, Greece, the Balkans and more) alongside the Benelux. Working closely with distributors, influencer agencies and cross-functional teams, you will help shape strategies, plan content and support the execution of impactful 360° campaigns. You will report into the Advocacy & Influencer Marketing Manager for the AMS Hub and support all-round tasks across our full brand portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Influencer Marketing activations
  • Assist with influencer campaigns across brands such as BOSS, Gucci Beauty, Chloé, Marc Jacobs, Burberry, Max Factor, Rimmel London, and more
  • Facilitate and review influencer castings, collect approvals from Global Brand Teams, and support content validation
  • Coordinate PR & Seeding operations
  • Manage product orders, PR mailers, FOC requests and creator seedings
  • Ensure all logistics and administrative steps run smoothly and on time
  • Manage reporting & insights
  • Build post-campaign performance reports, ensuring KPIs are measured correctly
  • Track category and competitor activities and share insights with the team
  • Ensure operational excellence
  • Maintain the PR/Communications SharePoint and ensure updated documentation for all markets
  • Work with Traackr to monitor campaigns, consolidate creator data and ensure accuracy
  • Support special projects including creative mailers, PR events, and press release deployment

Requirements:

  • You are available full-time for 6 months, starting in February or March
  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media or a related field
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Dutch is an advantage
  • Full mastery of Microsoft Office
  • A digital-native mindset with strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive way of working
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stay calm under deadlines, and work with data, insights and trends
