Contract‑to‑hire opportunity ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys providing operational and customer support within financial services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review and process new account applications, transfers, re‑registrations, and account maintenance requests
  • Enter client and transaction information into internal systems
  • Handle advisor service inquiries via phone and email
  • Review paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic records
  • Partner with Compliance to resolve documentation issues or missing information
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors regarding account service needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with advisors and their staff
  • Provide timely status updates on pending requests and transactions
  • Follow up proactively on outstanding items to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Support special projects and departmental initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and professional communication
