Job Responsibility:

  • Building and executing strategies for working with our enterprise partners: training their teams, setting up joint operations, and keeping everyone aligned
  • Handling the whole partnership life cycle, from getting started together to expanding and renewing our collaborations
  • Acting as the voice of the customer – understanding the explicit and implicit business needs across the enterprises we partner with
  • Leveraging your deep understanding of financial services workflows to develop joint solutions with our customers and make sure Rogo’s benefits are clearly communicated
  • Teaming up with Rogo's engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver these solutions
  • Figuring out how to track and measure our success together, setting up key performance indicators and reports
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with important people at our partner organizations and making sure their needs are met
  • Help land multi-million dollar contracts and steer Generative AI strategy for the world’s biggest financial services firms
  • Ensure amazing user experiences by working hands-on with users
  • Directly change the nature of work in a $1T+ industry
  • Tackle unsolved product and engineering problems, including the hardest in the world, relevant to LLMs in production

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in a front office finance role
  • Outstanding project management and communication skills

  • An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the scrappiness to ultimately deliver results
