Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for optimizing and evolving Bombardier’s web presence—ensuring seamless performance, intuitive user journeys, and brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Play a key role in shaping how our digital experiences come to life across our aircraft, services, and corporate platforms
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our websites while supporting larger-scale web initiatives that drive engagement, conversion, and reputation
  • Lead the management and optimization of Bombardier’s corporate websites, ensuring best-in-class user experience, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance
  • Own end-to-end web publishing: build, update, and QA content and page templates via CMS (Drupal)
  • Collaborate with design, content, and brand to translate creative assets into compelling digital experiences
  • Implement SEO best practices and support technical SEO improvements in collaboration with our media and analytics partners
  • Collaborate closely with our Marketing Strategist for web analytics and performance data (e.g., via GA4), identify insights, and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Support the development and rollout of new pages, microsites, landing pages, and interactive tools aligned with campaign objectives or product launches
  • Act as a liaison between digital stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party developers to troubleshoot issues and maintain site integrity
  • Ensure all web properties adhere to Bombardier’s brand, accessibility, security, and compliance standards
  • Stay on top of emerging digital and UX trends to continuously evolve our web strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in website management, digital production, or UX, ideally in a large organization or agency environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (Drupal is a strong asset) and basic HTML/CSS skills
  • Experience with web analytics tools and data interpretation
  • Good understanding of SEO, responsive design, and digital accessibility (WCAG standards)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, balancing execution with strategic thinking
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
