Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding
  • Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices
  • Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience
  • Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline
  • Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement)
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company’s image
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles
  • You are bilingual in French and English
  • You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry
  • You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • You are team-oriented, results-driven, and have demonstrated strong influencing skills
  • Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong client focus and innovative mindset
  • Excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
