We are looking for a dedicated Advisor, Talent Acquisition to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and retaining top talent to support business priorities in the agriculture industry. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization and contribute to creating an inclusive and sustainable workplace.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent to meet organizational goals
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
Develop and implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies to foster an inclusive candidate pipeline
Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on best practices for recruitment and talent selection
Ensure timely and high-quality candidate reviews and hiring activities
Build strong relationships across the organization and actively participate in discussions to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives
Partner with HR teams and Centers of Excellence to enhance the recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders
Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
equivalent experience may be considered
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a client-facing role
Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment activities
Previous experience in high-volume recruitment is highly desirable
Strong ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
Knowledge and experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
Proven ability to foster collaboration and build relationships with stakeholders
Commitment to driving continuous improvement and delivering results
