Job Description:

The Product Marketing team is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies for our business jet portfolio, building the Bombardier brand, and supporting our Sales team. We develop innovative marketing campaigns, collateral and content to help sell our aircraft and position Bombardier business aircraft as the best in the industry and the most desirable brand for our clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement product marketing campaigns that will strengthen the Bombardier brand and improve market perception for our products and services
  • Manage campaigns to ensure execution to plan and budget. Ensure visibility to senior leadership within Marketing
  • Engage with pilot influencers and aviation enthusiasts to share Bombardier content with new audiences and build relationships with key communities within business aviation
  • Take the initiative to propose creative, out-of-the-box initiatives aligned with current marketing and social media trends to keep Bombardier marketing relevant and on the cutting edge
  • Support the strategic planning and budget for marketing initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional focals within Marketing and Communications
  • Be willing to travel to industry and customer events when required, as well as locally to visit aircraft and perform competitive analysis
  • Develop specific marketing/promotional material for key stakeholders and/or events, such as banners, fact sheets, brochures, etc
  • Monitor competitor marketing and social media content and report back to the team on news and insights
  • Support in the revision process for marketing content in our internal and external communications
  • Lead the development and creation of direct customer communications in the form of electronic direct mail pieces for email and WhatsApp
  • Manage allocated budgets, invoicing and financial reporting on projects.

Requirements:

  • You hold a university degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, (or equivalent) or Aerospace Engineering in a recognized university
  • You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a marketing capacity or in a collaborative role with a marketing department or agency, aviation industry experience a plus
  • You work autonomously with expert time management and planning skills
  • You are comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership and sales
  • You have good computer skills (Windows), including very strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects at the same time
  • You have expert English written skills, copy writing experience a bonus
  • You have experience in creating, monitoring and posting social media content
  • You have experience working with creative agencies for advertising, video production, image retouching, collateral printing and production
  • You are a team player and are highly reliable
  • You have a clear drive for results.
