Temporary 14-month position for an Internal Communications Advisor. The role involves collaborating with leaders, developing communications for various functions, and driving engagement with Bombardier's business strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Closely collaborate with senior leaders to assess communications needs and provide support
Develop employee-centric communications for Bombardier functions
Build PowerPoint presentations, emails, posters
Develop communications templates, processes and tools
Help develop new ways to connect employees with mission and strategy
Define communications KPIs and track progress
Partner with other members of the Communications, Marketing and Public Affairs team
Stay abreast of employee communication best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or the equivalent in years of experience
At least 5 years of communications experience with a focus on employee communications
In-depth understanding of employee communications principles and practices
Excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and French
Amazing Microsoft Office 365 skills
Graphic design skills (Canva)
