Job Description

Temporary 14-month position for an Internal Communications Advisor. The role involves collaborating with leaders, developing communications for various functions, and driving engagement with Bombardier's business strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Closely collaborate with senior leaders to assess communications needs and provide support
  • Develop employee-centric communications for Bombardier functions
  • Build PowerPoint presentations, emails, posters
  • Develop communications templates, processes and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or the equivalent in years of experience
  • At least 5 years of communications experience with a focus on employee communications
  • In-depth understanding of employee communications principles and practices
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and French
  • Amazing Microsoft Office 365 skills
  • Graphic design skills (Canva)
