Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the Defense Marketing, Communications and Events team in the execution of the annual marketing plan strategy to support the growth of Bombardier Defense missions worldwide
  • Work with cross-functional teams to promote the Bombardier Defense brand, improve market perception, and drive new and repeat business using innovative marketing solutions
  • Develop and disseminate marketing material: videos, brochures, factsheets, print and digital advertising campaigns, signage, giveaways, banners, etc.
  • Suggest innovative solutions to communicate with the industry’s core audience
  • Develop strong relationships with Bombardier Defense Stakeholders & other key leaders within the organization
  • Liaise with a wide matrix of business units to communicate, align, and update all Defense related internal and external stakeholders
  • Allocate and monitor budget according to the brand plans through robust invoice, accrual, and chargeback management
  • Lead the governance/coordination/management for major Defense marketing projects through rigorous project management
  • Conduct pro-active follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met on time
  • Collaborate with the Bombardier Defense Event leads to manage and produce show booth graphics, collateral, banners, videos, virtual content, virtual profile assets, website event listings and be willing to travel to these events for market analysis if needed
  • Collaborate with the Bombardier Defense Public Relations leads to support the production of press releases, event key messages, and ad hoc announcements
  • Collaborate with the Bombardier Defense digital marketing lead to support the production of digital content for our Social Media channels and website

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate diploma in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Defense marketing, communications or events
  • Strong Project Management and problem-solving skills
  • Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and strategic mind
  • Respect timelines and can manage many projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bring creativity, passion, and enthusiasm
  • Can set clear targets while tracking and reporting progress
