Support the strategic evolution and activation of the Bombardier brand across key initiatives and touchpoints. Lead and coordinate brand projects that reinforce our premium positioning, support business objectives, and ensure consistent and high-quality brand experience. Act as a trusted brand advisor to internal teams, ensuring that all brand initiatives reflect the quality, innovation, and ambition that define Bombardier.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage strategic brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with Bombardier’s brand strategy, positioning, and business priorities
Manage multi-disciplinary brand projects, including partnerships, events, brand experiences, merchandising initiatives, and collaborations
Act as a brand advisor to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on brand strategy, positioning, and execution to ensure consistency and impact
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, Digital, Events, Regions) and external partners (agencies, suppliers)
Contribute to the development, evolution, and governance of brand frameworks, guidelines, and standards
Ensure brand consistency across physical, digital, experiential, and commercial touchpoints
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficient and timely execution
Collaborate with agency partners and external collaborators to deliver high-quality brand initiatives
Monitor and assess brand performance and initiative effectiveness, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
8 to 10 years of experience in brand management, brand strategy, or account leadership, ideally within an agency and/or large organization
Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary brand projects from strategy to execution
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions
Highly organized, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Solid project management, budget tracking, and reporting skills
Strategic, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to have:
Experience working on premium, luxury, or global brands is considered a strong asset
