Job Description:

A key role in driving health and safety initiatives across SA/NT operations. Work closely with operational leaders. Facilitate and embed change. Join our high-performing Health & Safety team and help shape the future of safety across our Adbri operations SA, NT.

Job Responsibility:

Champion WHS standards and drive consistency across regions
Lead and coach the regional H&S team
Identify trends and implement proactive safety solutions
Deliver training, audits, and site visits across SA & NT
Support incident investigations and share key learnings
Partner with leaders to embed safety into everyday operations

Requirements:

WHS qualification
2+ years’ experience in heavy industry or construction
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO 45001 systems
Confident communicator and trusted advisor

Nice to have:

ICAM
Cert IV Training & Assessment
