Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure advice services are delivered to high quality standards with a strong focus on Welfare Benefits and Energy and client care
  • Lead, motivate and support staff to deliver quality services
  • Help the team to achieve agreed targets and objectives
  • Support and provide cover for Team Leaders of other subject areas
  • Work in our City Centre Hub supporting advice through face to face, telephone and digital channels

Requirements:

  • Experience of people management is desirable
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Solution-focused approach
  • Understanding of the importance of motivating individuals to succeed
  • Positive approach to leading a team and working with others to achieve wider organisational goals
